Coaching Terms and Conditions

By purchasing my coaching session(s) I am agreeing to the following:

  • I understand that coaching is not therapy, and therefore is not covered by medical insurance. 

  • I understand that Jen is setting aside my appointment time just for me. I will be on time to my appointment. Should I need to cancel my appointment, I will notify Jen/Jen's office via email ( or 48 hours in advance.

    • Any appointments cancelled within 48 hours of the appointment time will not be eligible for a refund. 

  • I am ready to do the work that it will take to put myself and my family on a path to success!

    • I will thoughtfully fill out my questionnaire before our first meeting.​

    • In the case of continued coaching, I will thoughtfully fill in my Action Plan journals on a weekly basis.

    • I am open to change and ready to be flexible and understanding of myself and my family.

  • Once I have purchased my Discovery Call or Coaching Session(s), Jen's office will email me within the next few days to work on getting me into her schedule. This may take up to 5 business days.
