Self Care Primer
Everyone is always telling us that "Self Care" is important... but what even IS self care?
Self care is a dedicated, intentional time that you set aside to take care of yourself. Self care looks different for every person, because every person is unique! Sometimes self care means meditating, but sometimes self care means playing a video game, or reading a book. Sometimes self care is paying your bills, or making a doctor's appointment. Maybe your self care involves doing an activity outside, or playing with your dog.
As long as you are taking care of yourself, you are practicing self care. Whatever your self care looks like, no matter what your age, that's ok. The point is to care for YOU!
