How do we work on what's not working for my family?
The number one thing all the kids I see in my practice want is to have time as a family, and to have a stronger, closer, more comfortable family dynamic.
Today, we are talking about the fundamental skill of how to talk to anyone (I teach this to kids as young as 5) in a straightforward way, while lowering defenses, and also communicating what's working or not working for you in that moment.
